Onze gids was een parmantige gezellige en graag vertellende dame.
Booking was ook zo gedaan.

Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass Gottfried? nicht so mit Jahreszahlen um sich geworfen hat, sondern den Fokus auf Zusammenhänge, Wirtschaft usw. gelegt hat. Unsere Gruppe war aber auch wirklich an Allem sehr interessiert und hat unbändig viele FRagen gestellt, die alle zufriedenstellend beantwortet wurden. Statt 2 Stunden Führung waren wir am Ende bei gut 3 Stunden, was uns für das leise und langsame Sprechen sehr entschädigt hat.

Het enige wat ik minder prettig vond is dat de gids soms moeilijk te horen was binnen de drukte van Brugge.

Het aangekondigde hoogtepunt, een bovenaf gezicht van het mooie Brugge, kon echter niet doorgaan omdat het concertgebouw van waaraf wij gingen kijken gesloten was vanwege de nationale feestdag. Ik snap niet dat jullie tickets verkopen voor deze dag.
Dus complimenten aan de gids en aan het mooie Brugge, jammer voor de afknapper op het laatst.
Beste Dhr van Hout, alvast hartelijk dank voor uw feedback die wij zeker ten harte nemen. Het spijt ons te moeten lezen dat jullie het bezoek aan het terras van het Concertgebouw niet hebben kunnen doen. Die dag was inderdaad onze nationale feestdag maar het gebouw was open voor het circuit. Wij zullen in de toekomst beter communiceren naar de gidsen toe zodat elke gidsbeurt vlotter kan verlopen. In principle, the guide was nice and eager. Unfortunately, the city tour was very unstructured and you had always received individual information but it was difficult to get a general idea. In addition, it was not clear to us what was being visited and what was not - it all seemed very spontaneous. The guide did not pay enough attention that everyone in the group could understand him. There was a group of about 15 people and often he started to explain before the group was complete or even while walking, so it was partly impossible to hear the information. Overall, I would estimate that I only heard about 50% of what was said. Another negative point was that the tour was half an hour shorter than indicated. In summary, I can not recommend this tour, even if it is relatively cheap.

Die Führung ist sehr empfehlenswert und im Preis angemessen. Wahrscheinlich hat man weniger aber dafür umso intensivere Eindruecke als bei einer der Rundfahrten.

Wir fanden die Stadtführung nicht gut. Wir haben nur sehr wenig von der Stadt gesehen. In den 2 Stunden waren wir nur am Großen Markt und am alten Hafen, dafür bist die Stadt echt mehr zu bieten.
Der Führer, ein alter Mann, war sehr bemüht und freundlich allerdings nicht (mehr) dafür geeignet.
Ich würde die Führung nicht nochmal buchen. Dafür war es leider zu wenig.

I would still recommend to friends, but would set their expectations.

Repérages des différents lieux touristiques à visiter dans Brugge. Groupe de 16 personnes idéal.
Joli panorama sur la place, au final
Points negatifs:
Point de rdv peu clair (cour intérieure d'un batiment)
Visite de 2h trop courte .
Tout est fait au pas de course.
Certains éléments non vus, c'estdommage (béguinage...)
Visite peu adaptée aux enfants et ados car pas ludique. Un guide un peu plus dynamique aurait rendu la visite plus ludique pour les mineurs.

In ihrem Alter eloquent wie verrückt, gut zu Fuß (das ist UNTERTRIEBEN) und so sympathisch, da staunt man von Minute 1. Dazu belesen und mit profundem Geschichtswissen.
Wer das nicht bucht hat etwas ganz Großes verpasst.
Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir genau das wieder machen.
Die Dame ist ein Schauspiel.

Après cette mauvaise introduction… nous avons passé deux heures de Visite - Trop de détails et pas assez intéressant - le but devrait être que chaque personne retient aux moins 3 choses et qui donne envie de revenir.

Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass der Führer ein profundes Wissen hat, da er auf Fragen direkt eingehen konnte. Gut wäre es gewesen hier technische Unterstützung zu nutzen. So haben diejenigen neben dem Führer ihre Infos an die weiter aussen stehenden weiter gegeben. Aus meiner Sicht nicht optimal.

Onze gids sprak helaas slecht Nederlands en was daardoor moeilijk te volgen.
De plaatjes in een ordner bekeek hij meer zelf dan dat hij die ons liet zien.
Fijn was dat we maar een groepje van 10 personen hadden.

The booking process was easy. If I have any misgiving it was the lack of specification for the meeting point. The ticket or the information on the website does not specify that the meeting point is in the inner courtyard of the Historium building. I had to inquire in the tourist office in the building to find out.
I would highly recommend this tour for first timers in Bruges.

Die Führerin war mit Sicherheit sehr kompetent und hätte tagelang Details zur Stadt erzählen können. Ihre Art des Vortrags war jedoch wenig inspirierend.
Mir fehlte ein roter Faden, der historisch oder thematisch die Führung hätte durchziehen können.
Die vielen geschichtlichen und politischen Details hatte ich bei einer allgemeinen Führung nicht erwartet. Interessante Details zu Gebäuden wurden jedoch informativ erklärt.
Gut war, dass nur 6 Personen an der Führung teilnahmen, wodurch auch Fragen möglich waren. Zwei Teilnehmer mit intensiven politischen Fragen wurden sicher sehr gut bedient.

The lady guide spoke with a very low voice and was very difficult to hear and therefore it was challenging to follow her guided tour.
She was not nor was her talk.

De Bonifaciusburg werd de Augustijnenbrug.
De gids gaf nogal erg af op de groendienst die toch wel eens het onkruid mocht wieden. We stonden toen te kijken naar een perk met Lobularia maritima (sneeuwkleed) die er weliswaar door gebrek aan water wat verlept uit zagen, maar nu niet bepaald onder de categorie onkruid vallen.

On termine la visite, avec la vue sur la ville, en montant sur le toit du Concertgebouw.
Mieux que par le Beffroi, et sans effort avec l'ascenseur.

Il connaissait sa ville sur le bout des doigts, que ce soit au niveau géographique mais aussi culturel et historique.
Aucun soucis de réservation ou autre.

Afwisselend en zeer de moeite waard voor wie Brugge beter wil kennen!
Het boeken verliep prima, alleen stond de plaats van vertrek niet op de tickets. Dat was voor ons niet duidelijk.

Passionné et passionnant il nous a fait découvrir l'histoire et l'architecture de la ville, transmis anecdotes et petites histoires. - De introductie beter op een plek waar de verstaanbaarheid beter is, en niet op de Markt.
- Stemgeluid van de gids werd meestentijds overstemd door omgevingsgeluid, zoals auto's, bromfietsen e.d.
- Mondmasker draagt niet bij aan verstaanbaarheid.
- Mogelijke oplossing: microfoontje met geluidskastje op de heup van de gids.
- Die ervaring hebben we in De Haan (gids: Joris) en dat werkt goed.
- Oproep om hier écht serieus over na te denken.
- Mooi einde van de rondwandeling op het dak van de stadsschouwburg!!

In deze tijd corona proof. De gidsbeurt liep zelfs een beetje uit, zoveel interessante info te verwerken. De afsluiter op het dak van het concertgebouw was ook de kers op de super mooie taart (bij wijze van spreken).

Boeken van wandeling ging vlot.
Het was niet zo duidelijk waar de afspraak was. Markt nr 1 is te breed. Waarom niet zeggen "op het koertje achterin op Markt 1 - de gidsen wachten jullie op"

We were send (digital confirmation starting point on t Zand) to the wrong starting point! That was not oke, there fore we missed the beginning of the tour because we had to hurry to the right starting point. Luckely a nice lady at the tourist information point helped us very friendly.

Die Orte waren schön, empfehlen würde ich die Tour aber nicht.
Es tut uns leid, dass Sie eine negative Erfahrung mit einem Stadtführer hatten. Für den Spaziergang "Herzliches Brügge" wird ein Stadtführer von einem unserer drei Führervereine angeboten. Wir werden uns diesbezüglich mit dem betreffenden Verein in Verbindung setzen. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in unserer Stadt hatten.

I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone visiting Bruges.
Maybe you could make the venue point more clear and visual - there was some confusion before the tour around where it would start.
